Are You Sponsoring Someone?

There are many people and resources to assist you in your job of sponsorship. The Airman & Family Services Relocation Assistance Program staff will be your key source of information regarding the local area and the moving process.

base INPROCESSING

In preparation for your arrival at Kunsan, ensure you hand carry the sealed yellow package given to you when out processing your current base. This package must remain sealed and is required upon arrival at Kunsan.

WOLFPACK IN-PROCESSING

Once at Kunsan, you will report into your unit.

They will schedule you for your initial inprocessing at the Base Theater on the first available Thursday.There you will be greeted by the wing commander, group and squadron commanders, the command chief master sergeant and first sergeants. You will then receive your welcome package, required appointments, and several short briefings to make your transition to Kunsan smooth.

At this briefing you will receive detailed information about the services offered on the base, do's and don'ts, and required annual briefings. Finance will assist you in completing your travel voucher. The orientation starts 0700 hours and lasts all day. After the briefings, Military Personnel Section (MPS) will assist you with opening and taking inventory of your records.

You may have other training scheduled but that will be handled through your unit. If you have questions, please feel free to contact MPS Customer Service, DSN 315-782-4588, your sponsor, or your unit Commander's Support Staff.
