Work Out Clubs


Bench Press Club

Fitness staff will accompany lifter to weight room. Lifter conducts a single bench press from desired weight category. Upon completion of a successful lift members are awarded the prize for their level.

Women’s
75, 100, 125, 150 lbs

Men’s
250, 300, 350, 400 lbs

 


Mountaineers Club
The goal is to climb a mountain on the stair master or the rock climbing wall. The rock wall (from bottom to top) is 30 ft. Every floor completed on the stair master counts as 10 feet.
