Paegyang-Sa Temple is one of the most famous temples in Korea. It was originally built by Buddhist priest Yohan in 632, during the reign of King Mu of the Paekjae Kingdon. The eight-story stone pagoda is in the backyard of the main hall and is said to contain the Sarira of the historical Buddha “Sockyamoni.”

A well-known medical book of the Chinese “Yang” Dynasty says that the best quality Ginseng is found in Korea. A specialty of Korea known worldwide for its elixir-like power, Ginseng is interestingly difficult to cultivate.
